To determine the correct size of waistband, measure the circumference around the pelvis (not the waist).
To determine the correct flex4ward size, measure your inside leg from the groin to the floor. If your measurements are on the upper end of the sizing chart, please order the smaller size.

Waistband:
≤ 32in – Small
32-38in – Medium
38-50in – Large
Flex4ward Leg:
≤ 26in or less – Small
27-30in – Medium
31-34in – Large
